As Moore Law enters its third year, we thought it timely to post an update on recent developments – the past few months having seen us expand to new offices and win new market recognition.
In-SINC
This summer saw us move to new offices at the Sussex Innovation Centre (SINC) located on the edge of Brighton at the University of Sussex.
The move reflects new growth at the firm and places us in an exciting and creative environment where intellectual property is routinely at the core of companies’ values and commercial deal making is what gives many life.
Established in 2006, SINC is a business incubator for fast-growth and technology companies, and currently has around 100 business tenants encompassing the gaming and IT, biomedical, media and communications and software sectors.

Leading Firm – IP and Sports Law
Autumn has also begun positively, with the announcement at the start of October that Moore Law has again been ranked as a Leading Firm by the Legal 500 – an UK legal industry guide published annually and based on feedback from 250,000 client and peer interviews.
The 2014 edition has ranked us as a Leading Firm for Intellectual Property (IP) in the Technology, Media and Telecoms sectors as well as for Sports Law – we’re doubly pleased, as Moore Law is the only Brighton-based firm to be ranked in either category!
